Phone is getting locked automatically and sview setting enabled

\n\nHi Guys,

I have Umi official flip cover and my phone is getting automatically locked when using and sview setting is displayed automatically and I need to lock and unlock my phone 2 times to go to my home screen which is annoying.

Does any one have any solution?

Why the hell Umi don't reply for any posts. It's very disappointing and I am losing hope on this chinese phones. Will never again buy any other chinese phones and suggest friends not to buy one as support is very worst.

I thinking that if you spend more time to provide more and more clear information to understand and fix your problem than complaining about not your issues and disagree umi plus high specifications will be more constructive.

I think you don't understand English Marcin. I already updated my problem above. Don't complain that I didn't put enough information, if you dont understand ask for more information rather than telling people to provide more information. I have raised 3-4 issues with enough information but Umi don't respond which is the reason why I updated the comment above.

If you touch where sview settings displays the phone gets automatically locked and sview setting is enabled. This should be enabled when phone is locked and have flipcover only. There should be an option to disable the sview setting but you don't get any option. When we are using phone and in middle of something and touch where that clock appears it automatically locks which pisses me off.

I am not disagreeing that Umi Plus has higher specs but I was telling that other manufactures which provides less specs has better working phones than Umi Plus.

I still can't see update of your explanation before my previous post.

I just observed that after removing the Umi Official flip cover I don't see any problem. I think the edges of the flip cover touches on the screen which is creating the problem.

I think Umi should stop producing accessories as they are of no use. I bought Tempered glass touch doesn't work fine and I bought this official flip cover and screen locks automatically which is shame.

I will post an video for the same.
