Yes - I did in past weeks.
They wanted me to ship it back - but that costs almost as much for shipping as the price I bought the mobile for.
They tried to suggest a remedy - but it does not work.
I suspect there is a hardware fault with gps module or it fails easily.
I won't be buying any other UMI product in future. First & last purchase.
Will look at Xiaomi possibly, as they are sold via official mobile networks in my country - at least I get a guarantee & can take it back within 2 years.
Otherwise back to Samsung if I can afford it.
