UMI Plus SIM 2 4g Problem

I have a UMI Plus in the UK and initially only used my 4g EE SIM in SIM 1, and everything was great.

When I bought an SD card, it only fits in the SIM 1 slot and so I had to move the SIM to SIM 2.  Since then I rarely have 4g and 3g is practically useless.  The phone is unusable.  How do I send this back phone UMI?  NB the image on your website (UMI Plus - http://www.umidigi.com/page-umi_plus_overview.html) for the SIM tray is actually the UMI Max SIM tray (which has SIM 2 as the SD card slot, correctly!) - the UMI Plus SIM tray looks completely different where the SD Card only fits into SIM 1!!  This is an illegal misrepresentation of your product.  I strongly urge you to update your website, send out replacements for the UMI Plus SIM tray, and fix things to make both SIM trays 4g compatible.

Please make this problem a priority and publish when it is going to be fixed.
