Rome X problems

my Umi Rome X stalled, so i removed the battery. now it will not boot anymore, i tried a reset and recovery but no response. when i hook it to my windows laptop it makes that specific connection sound so my PC  "sees" it but i can't see it in any fied. when i connect the charger the phone will show that it is connected to the mains, and shortly after that what the battery capacity is but that is all it does..... any tips?? please help me!!!

Hello. Colleagues have a problem in that it can not be excluded that you can not send or send by mail and others. Anybody knows what's going on ??
