Deleted OS for UMI TOUCH

Hi can someone help me I accedentally deleted my OS in my UMI touch trying to root it. I was wipeing my phone out on recovery and i clicked advanced wipeout and deleted my os now wheni turn it on it stays on the UMI logo

if you don't want to lose your data files just flash "system.img" selecting only this...

The link that mixterek posted has the full instructions. You will need a computer or laptop, the phone cable and an internet connection. Follow the instructions carefully, step by step and you will get it running again.
