free flipcover?

I am enjoying my Umi Iron a lot! Thx!
But... I ordered the Umi from Geekbuying (8th of july) and i have not received the free flipcover.
They also sent me the wrong color phone.... (and will give me $5 dollar to make up for it.... )

Sent a lot of mail but they are not going to sent the cover to me. Strange.

Can you help me out?

Hi Marc,

I actually have had a heap of trouble with a different reseller over the same thing. Mainly that they seemed really confused about the offer! Eventually I gave up asking for it and will check if it is included in the box. I'm sure someone from UMI could help out here if you provide them with a little more detail.

Maybe wait until tomorrow and we'll see if we can get someone from UMI.

They are also telling, people who ordered before July 24th will get a free flipcover as gift.
I ordered at July 5th...

I contacted the support after i saw the new description, but they told me i won't get a flipcase.

So...i dont know why i didnt got a flipcase... but i didnt want to get on their case and leave it as it is...
But would be interesting how this is handled...

It is correct. The description was incorrect.

The iron exists only in gray and silver color.
