WI-FI - Problems connect open network FON

Hi, all
I use FON free Wifi where is available and in my old smarphone i use without a problem, but with UMI Super
i just cannot use becouse when connect to free fon network, just drop and connect and drop agoin, but if i enable data connection
after 5 seconds connect to free fon without problems, then i can disable data connection and use wifi until disconnect again.

is any work around for this ?

I had connecting problems to some Wifi APs as well.

I changed to old DHCP client in developer settings. Now works like a charm. There seems to be a problem with thenew dhcp clientif marshmallow in that build.

I recommend that you read about Man-in-the-Middle attack on a WiFi hotspot. Android 6 is not stupid, but users want him to be.

APs I had problems with were private ones.
AVM Fritz box seemed to work, but I could not get connection to sitecom x400. After changing to old dhcp client in developer settings all connections working.

Even change to old dhcp client only connect to open wireless network after turn on data connection
