various problems with my UMi Super

I hope that the problems can be solved.


1. Turns off by itself 4-6 times per day
2. poor cellular data connection
3. bad phone networks.
4. abnormal battery consumption

Update: I´ve tried a factory reset.
Result is: the phone works better now.
But I still have the crashes...the phone switch off by itself 4-6 times per day
Any idea why?

I have the same problem with my Super, I think it tries to restart, but freezes in the booting process. I've seen a lot of other people with this problem, but no one with a solution. And the seller won't respond to my messages

Camera is not so big problem as GPS is. GPS navigation is impossible to use. Even in your car behind autoglass. GPS is totally crap!

finally the battery is damaged. I get no response from UMi Support...that sucks.

I have talked with the warehouse, where I have bought this phone, to get help. I will send the phone back after no receiving any help by UMi support. The worst support ever.

It was my first and last china phone. The name of the model has to be changed into Super Shit. So disappointed.

I am also disappointed, but at least it should be under warranty. My device didn't turn off 4-6 times a day. The main problem is that you don't know all the issues. You have all this fancy information on the website. Super Camera, Super GPS, Super Batterylife and so on. Even Banggood offered me a refund, but why would I do that? I have this phone and I'll give everything in my power to make Umi give us what they promised us.
