UMI IRON Flyme OS 4.5.4I Multilanguage 0119 missing apps

Hi guys, any of you tried the ROM mentioned above?
I just tried it and many apps missing, like clock, calendar, calculator, camera.

Am I do something wrong or this ROM isn't complete?

Dear rhen,

I can't check its working but the installer itself (downloaded with Rootjoy) contains each app directories and files that you listed in your post.

I had problems with this rom.
I recommend the CM12 ROM for our iron
in needrom, the download
It is doing great without bugs.
Give him a chance.

I've downloaded it via RootJoy but in the ZIP is there only a system image file.
I have tried to look into it with ext4unpacker, but it doesn't worked.
How do you check what's in there?

You are right, the apps are there.
In this case I should have some serious (?) problem.

I have installed the original 1.8 ROM after I have failed with Flyme, but when I tried to install opengapps, it doesn't appear anywhere.
I tried to install the stock version.
The installer seem to work fine. No error in TWRP, but after reboot, non of the apps are there.
Any idea what can be wrong?

In this case I should have some serious (?) problem.

Format (wipe) the system and cache partitions in TWRP, then try again to install a ROM. If that doesn't help, flash your phone with SP Flash Tool, choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option.

I have wiped dalvik, cache, data, system, internal sd but it doesn't help.
I'll try SPFT.

Is it normal that the Flash Tool is in the red bar state (http://community.umidigi.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=11&extra=page%3D1) now on 24 minutes?
How much should I wait?

No, that state keeps just for a few seconds normally. You might have an unstable USB connection. Another USB cable or PC should be tried.
