System software update

Hey guys,

i'm not the most technically minded person and i just reliey on the auto update - However, when i select this it says "network error".

Now, i have troubling flashing because like i mentioned find it diffiult to follow these technical guides.

Do they at all allow you to update automatically?  currently on 1.5v is it nessary to upgrade?

If you want to upgrade to 1.8 you have to use a PC.  Upgrading via Rootjoy is easy and requires no technical knowledge. You just choose your device and desired version number. The differences between 1.5 and 1.8 are not very big. If you are satisfied with 1.5 then just keep it.

"método sencillo" (sin cable USB, sin descargar Rootjoy, sin flashtool, ni instalar drivers, ... SIN ORDENADOR):

- Descargar la ROM elegida de los enlaces anteriores
- IMPORTANTE: Renombrar ése archivo .ZIP descargado como "ota-update"
- Meterlo tal cual, SIN descomprimir, en la raiz de la microsd
- Ir al menú del movil: Configuración, Información del teléfono, Actualizaciones del sistema, y botón START-UPDATE
