Mon bouton on/off ne marche plus seul

Pour mettre en marche mon portable A9 pro je suis obligé de soit:
-branché la prise USB sur chargeur ou sur PC
ou
- appuyé sur on/off et volume + et encore cela ne marche pas à tous les coup
Le bouton ON/OFF semble pourtant fonctionner
