Hi...my Umidigi X has lost all power after only three months. I was very happy up to now. No power, red light comes on but nothing else. Can you help?

I could'nt create a new topic, then i will ask here. My phone is discharging superfast. It had 100% of battery in night. When i took the phone this morning it has consumed 40%. I have to charge twice a day, Someone elsehad this problem? What i do?

When multitasking or switching apps it closes the app completely and I basically have to reload the app. I've seen many users with this same issue. Will this be getting addressed in a future update? Seems like there is a memory leak issue. After restarting the phone it seems to be okay for a little bit but after a while switching between apps closes the previous app. I have duraspeed off (Also tried turning it on), I have set up battery optimizations for specific apps and have apps battery drain option turned off.

MY UMIDIGI X WAS DIED AFTER 1 MONTH. TOTAL BLACK SCREEN. IT IS 1 MONTH I AM ASKING TO SOLVE. NO SUPPORT, NO WARRANTY, NO REPAIR. THAT'S INCREDIBLE. IS IT A JOKE?!?!?!?!

Die CPU arbeitet mit 60% Übersetzung unvollständiger Daten, es gibt keine Statistiken zu Batteriedaten. Der Batteriestatus wird auch nicht in der Statusleiste angezeigt. Ich esse nur das, was mir am ersten Tag der Verwendung des Umigidi X-Gadgets aufgefallen ist. Jetzt habe ich eine Frage Von diesem Gerät oder ich habe eine nicht standardmäßige Ehe ...?

I think that you have to buy a new battery, something like that pass to me but with the UMIDIGI Z2 PRO I booth a new battery and it resolved it.
