Мне кажется, чтобы успокоить заказчиков, надо сделать так же, как было сделано с F2, - сделать видеоролик с партией готовых Power 3 и готовых к отправке и выложить его в соцсетях и YuoTube. Это повысит доверие к Umidigi и успокоит покупателей, и отток их станет меньше.

It seems to me that in order to reassure customers, it’s necessary to do the same as it was done with F2 - make a video with a batch of ready-made Power 3s and ready to be sent and post it on social networks and YuoTube. This will increase confidence in Umidigi and reassure customers, and their outflow will become less.

Hi everybody and Umidigi,

I hope you’re all well and that you are as me, waiting for the good news that our Power-3 is underway. Reading through this forum I think that we all got a bit tired of waiting but I think that this was more or less to be expected before making the order. From the beginning Umidigi wrote that it was about a pre-sale and theoretically that could mean anything.

Umidigi would have been a great company when they would have kept us informed about the whole process and tell us with what was still needed before they could actually start shipping. I speak for myself, but I prefer a good working phone over a problem phone that I get too quick and so I tried to keep my patience.

Unfortunately we were not informed, no real information was given and apparently fake tracking numbers were send out and cancelled, giving people false hope first and a deception later. Last week I got my tracking number and now 6 days later it is still the same, “order received by carrier”.

We got some information in this forum last week from our only hope from Umidigi Ben, saying that the shipment of the phones should start on Wednesday with the oldest orders going out first. That was great news, it gave new hope and it would have been even better when Umidigi would have informed us at the end of the week saying that this had actually happened and that the first 500 or so were shipped. If the shipment would not have started yet, then this is what they could have written us on Friday afternoon, so that we as buyers who have spent our money a long time ago, knew what was going on.

So I hereby ask Umidigi to inform us with the latest status of the Power-3 and its shipment. We buyers want a good working phone but also we want to know what is going on and what to expect. If it is good news or bad news, please tell us. Please keep us informed from now on, we buyers already have given you our trust by transferring our money. Just keep us informed and we might buy your next phones too.

We hope to hear from you soon!

Привет. Мой номер заказа: 8005655881338*** на Алиэкспресс в магазине UMIDIGI Official Store. Почему тем, кто заказал F2, вы дали компенсацию за долгое ожидание, а тем, кто заказал power 3, не то, что вам не дадут? Почему такое пренебрежение клиентами? Мы что, второсортные? Или чем же мы хуже? Я жду, чтобы вы отправили телефоны, я заказал два power 3 смартфона сразу, с 11.11.2019, и я думаю, что это нечестно! Обидно после стольких ожиданий ждать, чтобы тебя оставили без компенсации, а другим дарили подарки за ожидание!

Hi all,
i recive my Power 3 on 30.01.2020 and must say that the pohne is really amazing.

About the sound problem:
As soon i did my first install i get an update and after this update began the sound problems like you describe
no ring tone, no sound in youtube, or multimedia.

So i did a factory reset and REALLY EVERYTHING cant work bether, everything is function 100%.
So i recommend to do a factory reset, this solved the problems for me and after this factory reset i didn´t get this strange update again.

I´am really very happy with the phone 172.000 with Antutu benchmark is not bad, the display is absolute brilliant, with beautiful collors.
Battery life? Since 30.01 i plug it one time to charge, this was 3 days ago and it still say enough for two days more.

I ran into a phone mute issue just like you guys.
but, I have found that turn off Google Assistant ('OK Google' function), solve the phone mute issue.

I hope that you guys device will solve the problem.

Got DHL tracking number and DHL shows item received and left hong kong with the correct destination (not like the fake tracking number I was sent before, saying it was going to Mexico)

So, I guess I will see it in a day or two.

Also I believe that Umidigi and most other China companies will be closed until Jan 31 for new years festival holiday.  I expect no new shipments going out starting today for next 2 weeks.

I think I will get this...but I'm curious to know what Umidigi's support has been like for providing security patches / updates or even full roll outs for newer versions of Android. I'm more worried about the security patches / updates than new versions of Android. new versions would just be some nice icing on the cake.

also, is there any information on what DAC it uses and what the power amplifcation is for the headphone jack?

It's not just a new software but a new device, so there's no beta program.

Without a testing program we will continue to have umidigi smartphones with software issues.

@bencebacsi i thought the Helio P60 only supports a dual camera array of 24 and 16MP, or a single 32MP sensor. It also only supports Bluetooth 4.2. (Check the MediaTek website).

The advertised Power 3 specs would need a Helio P90 in order to work. Can you explain for us? Was the P60 updated by Mediatek?

Gostaria de saber até quando irei esperar a atualização do ANDROID 8.1 para o UMIDIGI S2 Lite, que foi prometido já faz 1 ano e até hoje não foi atualizado. Celular fica reiniciando durante chamadas. Bateria não carrega 100%. Celular bugado! Pedi a troca do aparelho me deram 20U$, acho que pra comprar uns doces, pq nesse preço ninguém quis consertar o aparelho.


I wonder how long to wait to upgrade from ANDROID 8.1 to UMIDIGI S2 Lite, which was promised 1 year ago and has not been updated to date. Mobile phone is restarting during calls. Battery does not charge 100%. Bugged cellphone! I asked for a change of device gave me 20U $, I think to buy some candy, because at that price nobody wanted to fix or appliance.
