Issues with Wireless Charging

I don't know if it's the charging devices I have (2 of the same device in two different locations: work / home), the phone, or a combination of the both, but when my phone is on the wireless charger, more often than not it's cycling between charging and not charging.
I'll place it on the charger, ensure it's charging, and turn off the screen. A few moments later, the screen comes back on, the battery isn't charging, and the charger is flashing that it recognizes the device - initiating the charge process again.
Does anybody else have this issue?

I decided to test charging without having my wifi on.
Not only did the above not happen again, but it charged faster than when I charge with the wifi on.

For as much as I like this phone, it surely is odd.

Please can you write the model of the wireless charger, and where to buy it. I would like to know if i could use a samsung or xiaomi fast usb-c charger to replace the original charger, if i should need it.

my umidigi z2 pro got problem.

After I wireless charged it, the phone is blinking logo once , then it off , and blink again, 5 mins after , the phone goes off.

how to solve it ? how to hard reset it, just like taking the battery out.
