Don t you read what your costumers are writing where? Or you'll say to me that the phone bugs are corrected and that it doesn't or will not have an update, if this is the case, you dont even use your own smartphones!! Because if you did you would update it!!!!

Update this "starting to be a joke, of a phone" or no more costumers for you, as you know, as you sell a 200$ "flagship" others do as well ( with the same hardware brands and a better software! The only thing that it "has" more than the others is the waterproof, but even that its a lie, so, same as buying it from ulephone or an Oukitel)

I agree with you; in the moment, I it seems that UMI is working only to produce new phone with the only intention to grab new customers atract by the prize and the technical specs, but without providing support after the phone has been released.

Ist what i say already a Long time ago. Cant be like that, and even to Flash another Rom for example from the Lineage OS 15. I want something from UMIDIGI ORIGINAL.

Hello dear i bought s2 pro 2 week past, when i was started use the phone a problem facing me on its screen touch, sometimes it doesnt work after i open screen lock so i locck screen again then open it to solbe the problem.in addition sometimes the touch bwas very slow then it began function normal. What are the solution ? What do you mean by Flash your phone with SPFT in firmware upgrade mode and test the touch screen again ?
