Problems with Z1 pro battery replacement

I have a huge existential doubt.
I came up with the idea of where I could buy a spare battery for my UMIDIGI Z1 PRO and do they know the result? IN NOWHERE!
I have asked with the sellers of Aliexpress and in http://www.umidigi.com and the result has been NOTHING . What happens when begins it to lose capacitty of charge? I guess I'll have to throw it away and buy a new one.
This is shameful.
If a solution to this problem does not appear, I will not buy nothing of this brand this brand again.
Does anyone know where to buy a battery?

This is bad that firstly you writing so pessimistic opinion without checking for solution.
You can buy battery for Z, Z Pro, Z1, S all those batteries are fully compatible with Z1 Pro.

Z1 Pro is hard to open because all clips are tight. Please remove two screws from bottom of the phone, remove sim card tray, and use suction cups and try pull screen from aluminium frame/body starting from bottom of phone. Black plastic surrounding is part of screen frame.

Hello i would like asking something about my mobile phone but this forum doesn't give me access to make a new topic so i write it here if anyone can help. So i bought a new z1 pro and from the first moment i tried to rec video im having an issue,when i try to record video after 10 sec an message appears saying that the cameras stopped because there was not sufficient storage in the card.My card has plenty of storage and its a class 10 and i had it formatted before i plugged in,and the same happens when i change the save directory to the phone .Also the same happens no matter the resolution i have from 4k to 720p.

This looks like system error.
Please perform factory reset and check for updates.
