fingerprint issue

Hi ,
after update ,my s2 pro lost the Imei, and the fingerprint is not recognized!!!
I recevered Imei with the code *#*#08#*#*, but the fingerprint....
Help me!!!!!please...

@MarcinP The issue is that people have formatted and updated and this is the constant to the problem. If I and others had purely flashed and did NOT format I believe we wouldnt have the fingerprint issue. I believe that the formatting has caused the loss of the fingerprint reader.

I had format all + download many times with anther phones & nothing happens like this issue.  I did that with ( Mi N4, Mi MIX 2 . Vernee MAX pro , Doogee MIX & MIX 2 , Infinix z5 and Oppo F5 ) its good software .. but UMIDIGI has alot of problems with all version of software ( read all issues from FORUM ) that will affect the name of the company

Thats what it said format + download! You even said this yourself Marcin to another user on the forum format all not format all but bootloader.
The issue is everyone who has formatted has lost the fingerprint reader

UMIDIGI YOU ARE NOT LISTENING!!! We have all used the SP Flash tool and formatted and flashed and hence caused the problem. This is not a hw issue its a software issue. We have flashed ALL roms either SP or QGDP and it doesnt work. Please replicate the problem and give us a FIX!!!!!

You couldn't lose IMEI with updating process.
Please provide real informations and then I will help you.

OK,I installed the last update,27/12/17,the Imei was changed(1111111....and 22222222...)and the fingerprint reader out....because I did format all and download....
After that the 2nd SIM didn t work,and the fingerprint reader is andolutely down..

If you have more questions please press "reply" under my post and I will get notification.
Your finger print will work but you need flash complete ROM.
Unfortunately you will lose whole data from your phone.
So please now save your data on outside memory.

Which ROM did you use???
Did you format, then flash only preloader and then rest of partitions including cache and user data???
AP and MD files you have in the ROM which you flashed (make sure you used same ROM)
