Have Umidigi take time to see what users are saying about the phone? Its a decent phone but UmiOs is far from good right now, it wouldnt be a problem but you decided to not let us change the launcher. Thats the whole point of Android! Having freedom to configurate everything. Please either remove UmiOs and give us back Stock Android or at least let us change the launcher. STOP giving us the option of installing an unofficial rom! That doesnt solve anything, we want an official OTA update.
Come on Umidigi, pay attention to your customers.

Thats good, I really hope you foward this issue to umi headquarter, I have not seen yet anyone be ok with umi forcing us to use UmiOs, its not even fast and is full of bloatware. I notice umi made a round up of what people said about the S2, you definitely should made one for S2 pro and I guarantee you´ll found the complains of the software.
Here, I add some reviews on youtube, if you have time see them, choose anyone because everyone has the complain of the software:

I understand youre not a system developer, but how does Umidigi gets feedback of their products? Is it from this forums or theres another place where we can discuss them? There has to be a way Umidigi get notify of their products errors so they can fix them.

So your solution is to install an unofficial rom, which includes voiding the warranty, not getting OTA updates and some risk installing it?
Have you seen reviews in youtube or other threads? The biggest flaw of this phone is the OS. The solution you give us is just a way to get over it and dont give proper attention to your users comments.

Agreed! But sadly they have yet to do so. Umidigi is a good company for its price. But that's the point the prices are extremely low so they can only hire so many developers. Let's just hope for a custom rom.

this phone is full of bloatware so it's normal that they don't want toallow the use of alternative launchers. crappy!

System is called as unofficial, but in this system is only removed unwanted apps and added possibilities to install different launcher.
Every new system is released here (on forum) so you will not lose update etc as you can always use SPFT and flash with next update.
