Final specs! UMIDIGI S2 Pro features FHD+, 6+128GB and 16MP front camera
The UMIDIGI S2 just went on Presale on Gearbest (https://goo.gl/eKgjPc) with a 30$ discount. The phone is probably one of the most complete smartphones currently on the market. It indeed comes with a large 6-inch display sporting the trendy 18:9 aspect ratio, and a power efficient MediaTek Helio P20 processor clocked at 2.3Ghz coupled with 4GB of RAM. But that’s not all, the S2 also packs a massive 5100mAh capacity battery that can be charged through the USB Type-C port using Quick Charge PE+ 2.0, so you’re never running out of juice.
And it’s a flagship with an eye for photography, two eyes in fact! It boasts a SONY IMX 258 13MP+5MP dual-lens sensor, which excels at low-light photography with a bright f/2.0 aperture.

The UMIDIGI is going to make the leap from good to great by upgrading the spec of UMIDIGI S2 Pro.
Today UMIDIGI official announced that UMIDIGI S2 Pro will go with 6GB RAM 128GB ROM, Octa-core Helio P25, 16MP front camera and we confirm that, the display resolution will be FHD+ 2160*1080 Pixels and Android 7.0 is the operating system. The rest of the specs will be the same as in S2, 5100mAh USB Type-C, Quick Charge PE+2.0. Dual-lens rear camera.
Hi mate, can you help to confirm the NFC availability, the wifi bands and the OS it will be shipped with? So far, I find the 13+5 on the Crystal 4/64 running stock 7.0 to be satisfactory, given its price. I have since transferred it to another user who was happy with it for the pre-sale price.
Edited by Tiger2 at 2017-9-30 00:25 \n\nOk so lets assume your gonna take a gamble and buy one of these phones, S2 or S2Pro, Why would I do this with a warranty as stated on the official site? Let me clarify what I mean.. "All UMI devices has 2 years of warranty, (unless the Warranty Policy of the retailer/reseller say otherwise? Does that mean the Reseller has the power NOT to give the customer the 2 Year warranty that UMI Has stated?? Secondly why would you not provide the customer with the support of the company instead of sending them to third parties for support? Another statement worries me which says that UMI will act as a referee if a problem arises between the customer and the reseller? Do you guys really want my money? Every other manufacturer provides backup to deal with warranty issues so whats wrong with UMI? And how exactly would a customer contact UMI when that situation arises? Please answer and dont just delete this post.
In the UMIDIGI store on Aliexpress says that S2 comes with Android 6. I do not believe these phones suffer the upgrad for Android 8. The same has happened with the Plus E announced as the star. Only after seeing do I decide
