battery replace form

hi there and first thanks for everything
i've made a request to replace battery via this link http://umidigi.com/page-feedback.html
when should i get an answer and what i shall do until my problem will solve?
it's looks dangerus so i afraid to use the phone while my battery keeps swelling
do you reccomend to stop use the phone?

Please buy new battery from aliexpress or different online shop and replace yourself or give to local smartphone repairing centre.
Also please contact to seller and ask him for solution maybe he give you refund of repairing cost or different solution.

i have the same problem. battery swelled and opened case from both side. turn on/off button and sim card insert slider is stuck in the aluminum case. pls do advise what to do?

Yes, immediately turn off the phone, and the best thing is to remove the battery to avoid other damage on the phone!

My battery continued to inflate after the extraction of it while it was at 0%

yeah i haven't got any answer back too
but i do love umi so i hope they get better on fixing customers problems
because all the rest of the job they doing is perfect
