\n\nHi, I write because I'm disappointed.
My Umi plus has problems with the fingerprint button.
The phone is activated with the fingerprint locked button
I've tried with a book cover and it's the same.
I'm also waiting for android 7 nougat.
What happens to UMIDIGI?

Unfortunately it's well known now that there is a software bug with fingerprint sensor, when phone is in pocket, tends to unlock itself.

What worked for me is what I read somewhere else in this forum, that you should leave only 1 fingerprint saved, and delete the rest, if you have more.

This was a general question.
If it is indeed a software bug, and if Umidigi cares about its customers, I'm sure they will provide a fix for this issue that is ruining one of the main security feature of this device ?

Camera quality : software bug, no fixes.
Touch ID: software bug, no fixes.
Without a proper camera and fingerprint sensor (which is a basic for a 2016 device), this device is definitely not woth 200€ ! even back in december 2016.

This happened to my after the latest update from June. So delete all fingers you saved and setup one again. Should works properly.

This happened to me even from first firmware, so the bug keeps repeating itself in all versions of firmware.

Hi guys.
I've tried everything but agree with who says the problems (fingerprint sensor,battery.bluetooth,android 7,ecc.) has to solve Umidigi.
A paid phone € 230.00 in May 2017.
Now I'm looking for a valid phone.
........ it's not fun to throw the money (UMI PLUS E).
