I have no doubts, everything takes to want to yes, they despised the client to the point of already no excuses to give or advance with dates for the solution. Guys, dead phone and UMI left us without any updates. After 1/2 Year of introduction left this phone without support. For your attention next time think twice before you buy this brand. I will never buy anymore. Lots of china's brands for better money/value.

Guys, it's useless and a waste of time and energy to keep asking. We have been cheated, that's a fact. We have been fooled, that's a fact. But we could come up to a million reasons why they will NEVER provide nougat for us, whatever they say. Instead, use your time and energy to let everybody know the truth on social networks, blogs, eshops and so on. This will be useful, by discouraging people to lose money on their devices.

If this device was by any way able to get nougat, somebody, somewhere would have already done it, or at least start working on it. Which is not the case.

There are only 2 possibilities: they are liars, or they are incompetent. It's up to you to make yourself your opinion.
