I just saw that the battery replacement program was now closed, and for various problems like the inability to send batteries in some countries, spams etc.
However, I have questions about all of this, now that a form has been put in place.
Which countries do not accept battery sending? ( I come from Belgium)
Should we all go through the form?
What about the batteries already sent?
What should we expect for the continuation of events knowing that the official sellers are recalcitrant when it comes to a guarantee?
Do I have to re-apply for this form? Knowing that my request was made on 22 June and that I am from Belgium?
