Question about replacing the battery

I just saw that the battery replacement program was now closed, and for various problems like the inability to send batteries in some countries, spams etc.

However, I have questions about all of this, now that a form has been put in place.

Which countries do not accept battery sending? ( I come from Belgium)
Should we all go through the form?
What about the batteries already sent?
What should we expect for the continuation of events knowing that the official sellers are recalcitrant when it comes to a guarantee?

Do I have to re-apply for this form? Knowing that my request was made on 22 June and that I am from Belgium?

Get one battery on Aliexpress for 20€  ,my "Swollen UMI-Z" is now repaired,thank you UMiFReAky Service for no support, so one customer here will never again buy a umi

It is mainly the fact that imagine, I buy the battery, and not a miracle UMIDIGI responds that the batteries are shipped, I do what I do, not only I find myself with two batteries and in addition I would have lost the ' money....

So if it was possible Mr UMIDIGI to have an accurate answer!

i think i saw belgium in the list ,i live in Germany and ist not listed.maybe if there are really batteries to send us,i would rent a "incoming mail box" in the netherlands if they have such Thing there and i would drive 60 km to netherlands and get it from my Mailing box

Please don't buy new battery!!!
Only request for new battery replacement under warranty if you have any battery problem.

I did not expect to buy a new battery, even if it is not the envy I miss!

Each faulty phone is entitled to be repaired, replaced or get new battery send to owner free of charge (last option is voiding warranty).
Of course if phone have screen cracked due to battery failure you need send for repair or replacement. One battery can be supplied to one faulty device.
