After 1year of use fast charge or charging not working

I have a problem with my umi super I have try to reset or change the cable or charger with another (my brother have umi plus) but not working is there any way to resolve this ?

It should work on all Android 6.0 versions, and latest 7.0 version. Time to do the upgrade?

Yeah it should work in 6.0  I already try the latest version but its not working I think maybe some hardware is defected maybe

You should check USB cable and connect any 5V charger.
This screenshots are taken from android 6 as Android 7 not supporting this data from engineering mode.
Only you can test charging voltage on testing mode. *#*#33#*#*  single test and battery. Charging voltage should be 12V and charging current around 0.79A from adapter reading.

rus: Помогите пожалуйста и мне. У меня аналогичная проблема. Ставлю на зарядку Ampere начинает набирать до 500 милиампер, а потом постепенно по 10 милиампер сбрасывает каждые 3 секунды до 0. После этого зарядка идет от 120-160 милиампер. Телефон заряжается 7-8 часов. Что делать? Обновление последнее от 7 июня. Зарядка и кабель - оригинальные.

Please drain battery to 1%, switch off and switch back on (do not use restart!!!!). Then charge phone and test charging voltage. Also please check USB connectors for former objects and any damage and turn USB connector upside-down.
You can use any 5V charger to test charging. If you use 1A charging should take 4H,  2A around 2-3 H.
If this still not helping please revert your system to Android 6 to test charging.

I also have simillar problem, but I have a new phone and it won't charge fast.

It shows charging with the original charger. I have tried another usb c cable but it is the same.

All my chargers and cables are original.

If someone has simmilar experience please help me.

How long time you need to charge to full???
