Battery capacity question

Hello,
Today i tried to charge the mobile from 0%-100% with an usb tester enabled.After 2.30'hrs the 100% had been reached and the mAh that was shown on the usb tester display was 1563 as you can see on the photo i have attached.
My question is if this the total capacity of battery?
As i am not an expert i would be appreciated if somebody and especially the admins explain to me this.

As you know umi plus e is supporting pump express so USB charging adapters can't calculate correctly capacity.
You need check at which voltage battery was charged.
This adapters only calculating battery capacity at 5V so you need calculate yourself.
If charging voltage is 12V then you need divide by 5V = 2.4 then multiply 2,4 by your reading. Of course this probably not give you fully capacity but will be close to value.
If you want correct reading please use 5V and 1A charger.

I no need as this picture is taken after full charge. You need take at around 50% charging voltage /current and without using phone during charging I need full capacity calculated by adapter afer full charge.
