Dual Sim LTE Problem

Dear all,

I have found some problem with LTE as below:

1. Not show 4g just show H+
2. When change sim slot to defult data it auto change band
Please help me...

As your 4G signal is weak phone changed to 3G which supporting up to H+ ( HSPA+) also there could be 3G small sign above network signal.
You will only get 4G Internet if your phone will be in 4G range.
Umidigi C note is supporting one sim card up to 4G and second up to 3G in same time. Please check your sim card is supporting this bands.

Also please check for updates (settings - about phone - wireless update)
Please compare build number with this list and if phone doesn't see wireless update please update with OTA zip file as local update
