Is there anyone who happens to charge his phone to more than 30% in less than 30mn? And more than 70% in 1 hour?

I tested the Pump Express Plus charger on an energy controller (it goes up to 16A). With the original charger, it goes up, screen off at 3.3W and, screen on, at 5.2W. With an amperage of 0.022 !!

Let a voltage of ... 90v!

(I am not very strong in energy calculation, I found the formula on the web)

So, supposing I was wrong in the formula, how to explain that the phone charges 8% in 10 minutes (24% in 30 minutes) with the original charger while the Mediatek Pump Express Plus officially released in 2015, one is in version 3 by the way) allows to charge 75% of the phone in 30mn?

I just tested, on Z PRO, an external charger (6600 mah) in 2.1A for 5V and the fast charge is catastrophic, it charged 2% in 20 mn :

neoxeo power bank 6600 mah
dc input 5.0v/1A
dc output 1  5.0v/1A
dc output 2  5.0v/2A

With the same device, I put 30mn to charge my lg g4 to 40%

Pump express on umidigi Z Pro worki on 12V and 0.7 - 0.9 A. If is not charging correctly on genuine charger and cable firstly swap cable to test.
Also if you are on android 6 you can go to engineering mode, open call dialer and type in *#*#3646633#*#* then go to hardware testing - power - and you will get charging voltage and charging current informations.
On android 7 you need go to testing mode, open call dialer and type in *#*#33#*#* then single test - battery you will get there battery voltage.
Also you can use 3C battery monitor widget as is showing very accurately all details on android 7.

1st test: charger asus and cable asus 5v 2A

2nd test: asus charger and umi cable

3rd test: umi charger and cable asus

4th test: umi charger and umi cable

In all cases, the asus (3000 mah) receives 15% of charge (or 11% if the battery should be that of the umi) for every 10mn

While the Z Pro receives only 7% maximum for tests 1 to 3 and 8% for the 4th test.

If the Z Pro had the same battery size, the amount of energy would be less than asus, in the order of 10% per 10mn.

Test with Ampere software:
Voltage: 4.095v to 4.129v
Build ID: NMF26O

Which firmware you using?
3c battery working correctly on android 7 and you need correctly configured app.. Only battery voltage on this app is not showing as charging voltage so will be from 3.4 to 4.35V all depends battery level.
As I mentioned before you can open dialer - type in *#*#33#*#* - single test - battery - and you will see charging voltage close to 12V
