UMI Plus E - No button displayed to accept incoming calls!

I bought 2 x Umi Plus E smartphones about a month ago now (for my wife and myself) and there is a serious problem with both phones in that they do not always providing a button to accept incoming calls. Incoming calls therefore fail and go straight to voicemail; on both phones! This occurs most of the time, but is worse if the phone is locked in PIN mode. What is the solution for this presumably software glitch? I am having to wear a bluetooth headset to accept calls as that is currently the only way around the problem.  
When will this issue be resolved UMIDIGI?

First time I can hear about such issues.
Please perform factory reset

Actually it's very easy to reproduce.

1. Change screen lock to PIN
2. Reboot
3. Call the number of the SIM
4. The screen shows the incoming call but is "frozen" - can't swipe or touch to answer

Software fault. Switch to a different unlock mode.
