Changing lockscreen quick icons and one more

Hi everyone.
I'm enjoying UMI C Note since yesterday, gonna root it within few days, but I'm also in some small troubles, that I'm unable to solve.
1. My phone does not let me accept my Pin code at the boot. I'm typing it (8 dights), but after that there's no button to accept it. I was forced yesterday to turn that security down. Since I'm not a huge fan of finger scanner or face ID, that was my last security feature. I would love to have it, but without button it's not possible anymore.
2. I would love to change one of the shortcuts in lock screen. I do not use Google services any at all, but I do phone much more often. I cannot find any option about screen lock in my settings, also nothing in Google settings could be funded. My phone have stock rom, but none options could be founded here.
How to get rid of these two? Most likely without new installations.

To fix pin code issues you need install latest firmware or try update with OTA zip file or OTA wireless.

pin code issue is gone, now just left lower corner and unwanted shortcut to google.
It appears both on stock and custom ROM.
Should I try to get a new lockscreen, some proper l33t sk1llz with SU/e-robot, or am I just missing something?

How will you root it, there's nothing I can find about it yet. If you find a way, pls tell us!
Can't root it without a working custom rom, do you know a custom rom?

also, custom rom for C Note should be in this forum in ROM sections. There's currenty only one, but latest version (from 10th May) works quite well (appears to have the same bugs and missing stuff, as pre-installed stock, so...).

Don't forget your OTG cable, otherwise your TWRP and SuperUser ain't gonna happen.

Well, the TWRP right now offered to the C_Note works fine WITH touch, as I said!
Also it's not a custom rom, it's the official spft release.
A custom rom is sth. like cyanogen, paranoid android,..eg.
