Basically umi doesn't have servicing centres only seller can provide warranty service.
But as you damaged your phone you can fix your self or buy parts and ask local smartphone shop or repairing centre for repair.
Here you can buy screen

Hi ,

I've damaged the screen and digitize doesnt work anymore.
I've been doing some research and was debating whether i should keep the same metal frame or should i replace it with a new one, the ones that come attached together and if there is any different.

Also if i could kindly ask to step by step in bullets and mention the flash update is it required ?

Basically screen with frame is very easy to replace this is only the difference. Glass with screen is easy to replace too but you need know what you doing.
Flashing process is only needed when screen not responding or not working correctly due to incorrect drivers.
Here is SPFT instruction

Also here you have all available ROMs

Double side tape should be only around screen! You can reuse from old screen. Just use hairdryer and raise up temperature of old screen and gently remove from screws and apply to new one.

You have to re-use  that from the old parts. It comes off easily. In fact you have to re-use the whole inside parts.
