Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)

Hi,

I have a problem with self-rebooting.

I bought the phone and it updated the firmware to ver. E.V3.02_20170216 by itself using wi-fi updating.

The problem still occurs and the phone resets by itself three-four times a day.

I did a hard reboot but nothing helped.

The problem still exists.

What can I do ?

I have the same problem. Also there are some dead pixels. Below 40 percent battery is draining realy fast. Screen sensitivity is not the same on whole screen. Sometimes charging stops itself. What can i do with this phone?
