Too Hot Umidigi C Note

I just received my C Note some days ago it worked ok but now the phone temperature is high and the front button is so HOT that burns me fingerprint it is impossible  to use it.
As the seller told me I make afactory reset wiping all the data but it continues the same problem. Any sugestion to solve this problem.  
The seller gearbest offer me to send back the phone paying myself for it, that costs more than half the price already paid for it over 60€ for transport and I want to avoid. It is too much money.~

Seems you do have a problem with your phone, at normal use your phone should not get hot at all. Sending it back seems the most obvious solution..

\n\nIs this happening under charging and using phone?
Please close all apps from background and then use phone.
Also please check for updates (settings - about phone - wireless update - check for updates)
Another thing is that the phone can't be hot at fingerprint as there is no units which generating heat.
