I have recently bought this phone. Tried resetting factory twice.
Reason for doing so, facebook app closes on opening, same with messaging app.

This seems to be problem with facebook only. other peopelh av too?

suggest to delete or disable the facebook app and use chrome with notification set to ON. If not, the facebook app will slow down your device even with this 4gb RAM.

I don't use the Facebook or messenging app.I use one of the options available on play store.saves resources and battery life

You telling that if Facebook or messenger is open will close it self while you using?
