1. my phone doesnt always ring even in a good connection area. i am told by callers they are not able to connect with me when calling. I note an E come up in the network Icon eventhough i am in an area with excellent connection
2. when i go to make a call it takes a very long time to connect or it wont connect
3. when using google maps the cursor showing my location is not in the correct place
has anyone had similar problems and can you help
