umi emax no/quite sound from rear speaker

Hi Guys,
today i played some music from my one day old UMI Emax, suddenly the rear speaker stopped working. So when I play music I can hear it very quite. What should I do?

Hello Chrischecker,

You should check whether you experience the same issue when a ringtone is ringing. If yes, you probably has a shoddy speaker, not a software problem. So, your speaker is needed to be replaced. On the other hand you might lose nothing by processing a full flash upgrade to the V05 stock version. You can find downloads and guides in the ROM section. If that doesn't help, you need to send back your phone for a replacement.
That speaker is a cheap spare part anyway but you probably don't want to repair your phone for yourself. Loudspeaker source
