Hi, my Umidigi Z Pro, died in 2 days!

Can't get to bootloader, can't restore it, tried to flash it with sp, the flash went ok but didn't solve it

The phone only blinks the led in red when i connect it to the power or pc.

Should i try to flash twrp or cwm? or it's really dead? It's very odd, that the phone just simply won't turn on...battery? logic board had a short?

I don't want to play much with it, in case i have to return it (don't want to void the warranty for flashing a non original rom)

Anyone have any ideias?

Thank you very much!!

Hi,
Did you let the battery of your phone get completely exhausted (to 0%)? If yes, how long were you waiting before connected your phone to the charger?

Hi, no, the battery had around 70/80% of charge when it stop working (i locked the screen a few minutes later tried to use it and was "dead")

I already left it at the charger for some time, with 3 different chargers and nothing.

Maybe something happened with screen/LCD. Maybe phone is running only you not getting feedback from LCD.
How to solve this. Hmmmm
Please contact to seller with full explanation of your issue.
I presume that you tried start phone under charging. If power button respond under charging then LED should switch off and then back on again this will indicate that phone "kicked on"

The led only blinks for a second when i connect the charger.
Yesterday, i was trying once more to "revive it" and pluged the cable and was pressing the volume up button and a menu appeared, it had 3 options :boot to recovery, fastboot and normal boot. None of the three worked, each one i choose the phone just went off to the dead stage once more...also in that menu if i unplug the phone from the charger it instatly die to. So the screen is working...
I'm giving up on it, if it turns on to that menu and goes off on every move i do, thats something really wrong with it

Hi,
My phone was at 4% last night.
This morning is completely dead and can't charge it.  2 hours plugged in with no result.
The LED red lamp won't indicate charging. Seems like dead.
Please, can you advice?

Thanks!

Because you let battery to get completely discharge you could damage li-ion battery controller or battery.
Use standard charger (5V and 1 or 2 A)  and different USB cable and charge over night. If doesn't start charging probably you battery is damaged. You can try open phone, disconnect battery and reconnect after short time and test again.

But how can I damage the battery by simply discharging it? I am charging the whole day but not switching on, not charging and red lamp indicator is off.
How can I open the phone? It is brand new. I don't wanna break the warranty.  Please help!

Also, I've had many li-ion battery operated devices before, including iPhones and different Android Phones. It never occurred to me before that I can't power up a device with drained battery. I will have to refund this phone, I've been using it for less than 4 months. It obviously contains faulty battery.

Li-ion battery cannot be discharged below certain level. If this happens the li-ion battery controller can block charging / discharging circuit to protect battery itself. In this situation you can't do too much.
Of course you can contact to seller and ask for warranty. They can request you to return device for inspection and then decide is this warranty or no.
