Can someone advise please, Trying to transfer music to my phone I get an error report "can not create folder"

Do you use some phone data transfer tools, like airdroid?
When using android file transfer app, you can transfer data from phone to computer, and import files to phone.

Hi, with regards to your Phone. IF it's an UMIDIGI phone the only way to put music or any other file on your phone is by putting it onto your SD memory card first. This is the only thing BAD about this phone their is no download programme which helps you get into your phone I have the F1 which I find really, really GOOD. I hope this helps?
