Sensors of UMI Z do not work!

Yesterday, out of nowhere, my Umi Z turned off and when I tried to turn on the device again it displayed the UMIDIGI logo and it turned off, so I gave the last update flash via SP Flashtool, but it did not work, I went into Factory Reset mode (where I think the problem with The sensors started) and the screen went crazy, clicking everything, after that, I was able to connect my Umi Z, but most of the sensors do not work, including proximity and accelerometer, I wonder if there is any way to reactivate it, The Thank you!

My problem is the same, there is no recurrence, there are no previous updates and did not solve the problem of the senses, they are disabled, there is nothing like it.
