[Lewa ROM] Cannot unencrypt the phone

Dears,

Hopefully someone will be able to help.

My main goal is to perform a factory reset.

I have a Lewa ROM installed on my emax, downloaded from our forum (http://community.umidigi.com/thread-1619-1-1.html).
Phone is encrypted, but I cannot find a way to decrypt it.

Option is greyed out, I have tried to change the PIN to password, rebooting the device, and unlocking the phone with more complex password, but apparently it did not change anything.
I re-flashed the phone with the ROM, but phone is still encrypted.
Rootjoy doesn't give this option as well.

Any hints?

I forgot to mentioned, that factory reset doesn't work, as there are error messages about failed mounting process.

Finally, I kinda have found a solution.

As the phone was encrypted, and there was no option to decrypt it from the GUI level, I used SP flash tools to reset and flash the phone with the stock ROM.

Downside is - I cannot access bootloader.
But this is a battle for another day.

In the end - I now have a phone with stock ROM, which is decrypted.

it can't be encrypted straight away. Rather, you'll first have to unroot your device and then enable encryption before subsequently rooting it again.
