UMI Z LCD frame - how is it attached?

How is the UMI Z's screen attached to the body? Do I need glue to replace the screen?

Those little Y shaped things, my guess is they are bend to hold the LCD in place on the frame and the frame is then screwed to the rest of the phone with the four things with the circle.

But i am just guessing here.
