Hello there.
I have a problem with Umi Super or with the seller.
On the bottom of the screen the screen is malfuncionig. The problem is that some lines in the bottom screen (cca. 1cm) is not showinh correctly, so I wanted to fix this. As on your page I have read that i need first contact the seller and so I did. After the seller said that he will refound me but I never heard from him again. What should I do?

Otherwise the phone is working great, just that lines at the bottom of the screen.

The seller has all the responsibility for warranty claims. UMi isn't involved in that at all. If the seller tries to dodge your claims, well - Hopefully you bought it thru some portal (eBay, AliExpress...) that may help you. If you payed with a credit card, there's a chance they will cover your losses.
