Rear camera - flicker!

Hi guys, my UMi Plus is on Android 7 and the rear camera is slow to load and when it does is has a blue, black or red screen with flickering lines. I have performed a factory re-set and still the same. I see that other users have similar issues and it's recomended to flash the rom. I am a little reluctant to do this and am worried bout doing something wrong. Is there a YouTube video available as a step-by-step guide for those who need a bit more help with this procedure?

I don't know is there any YouTube video but definitely you can read and follow this updating instruction, only please skip 6th step as you need overwrite all partitions.

Thanks for your help. I was concerned that the process wasn't that straightforward, and wanted to be shown a little clearer. The links in the post are mostly dead, so this makes me more wary!

здравствуйте я где то 7-8 дней назад получил свой телефон уми рим х. вот 2 дня уже проблема у меня. камера не работает как надо. захожу в камеру открывается передняя камера верх ногами. и пропал значок переключение на основной. помогите решить проблему. с чем это может быть связано???
