Display lights up but the screen turns black

I received my UMI Z on Friday, the beginning of the carnival. On Ash Wednesday I put it to load and when I went to pick it up again, I realized that it was a bit warmer than normal. When trying to use his screen it lights but the display is all black. Until today my problem persists and I think I lost the device. I contacted Banggood and I am waiting for a response from the seller The device is up to good but the UMI brand presents many problems on the screen. UMI never again. The image below is when I unlock through biometrics, it turns on, unlocks but gets the whole screen black. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Please!

I was able to solve the problem on the UMI Z screen. The problem was really in the ROM. After doing the procedure of Hard Reset that the tiago barbieri spoke in the post above, it initiated and loaded normally. Press the UP + POWER key and it enters HR mode. Choose the first option that is RECOVERY and press volume down to choose this option. Then the screen showed the android doll with the message "No command found". I went to check another tutorial on how to get this message to perform the HR procedure but while I was looking for a tutorial, the screen closed and started normally. Now it's working fine.
