Ringtone locations UMI Plus E

I'm trying to find where the Ringtone files are stored on my UMI Plus E.
What Sub/Directory would that be?

Also, are there separate directories for Phone calls Ringtones, Alarms, and other sounds?
I have Android 6.01 on my phone.

Ringtones you can add to - open file manager - internal storage - ringtones
Notification tones you can add to - open file manager - internal storage - notifications
The stock ringtones and notifications are not accessible without rooting phone (not recommended).
But if you add new notifications or ringtones to directories which I gave you,  you will find then on list and you can use as notification or ringtone.
Also if you delete notifications and ringtones from this directory the new ringtones and notifications will be wiped from list.

All stock sounds are located in /system/media/audio. That's an Android standard but as Marcin said, you have to root your phone to be able to access the system partition and any changes there might brick your phone.
