Touchscreen does not react

Touch screen doesn't react on touch while the phone is on the ground or table. If I hold the phone in my hands it's working fine. Do you know is this normal or it is a hardware problem ?

You have two options
1. Use SGS touchscreen booster and change touch sensitivity
2. Use SPFT and change firmware to 20160708

Okay, thank you. Probably I will downgrade my ROM, because with the older ROM I didn't have problems with the finger scanner too.
