UMI Super Screen Problem

I bought a Umi Super on December and I love the smarthphone. I started to noticed a black spot on the screen, that at some point disappeared but know is permanent.
What can I do? Do you known what it is? what can i do do avoid it?

Could you show exactly where is that "black spot" and how looks?
I can't see on your picture as this is not fully explained. Only what I can see is "shadow"  on right bottom of screen.
Most time any faults as you talking is made by hardware failure but some stuff could be fixed with factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) or you can use SPFT and flash you system.
Please look on side of phone and check is screen seats in frame correctly (is not pushed out from frame due to battery failure)
