UMI PLUS - Problems with Rear Camera

I received my UM Plus recently (2 days ago). The first thing that I did was to update for android 7. The quality of photos in rear camera is so bad and it has a permanent red layer.
I like the phone, but with this problem don't make sense the value that I spent...


Could you help me to solve urgently this problem?

Please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
Of course you can use SPFT and flash to android 6.0
Here is SPFT instruction but please skip 6th step as you need overwrite all partitions

There is only two android 6.0 firmware available.
Umi plus have very stable android 7.0 so you can try any ROM  from link in last post.

I have mine to like yours, umi plus, red layer, but i used the android 6, and no problem, gonna downgrade and check later. I have the same feeling, soo much money, and my lumia 720 camera is way better then this new phone.

Hi, i tried everything to downgrade to android 6.0 but no sucess. The camera works good on the Android 6.0.
If you downgrade to android 6.0, the red layer will gonne.

If you have my luck, the it will happen the same thing.

здравствуйте  я  где  то  7-8 дней  назад  получил  телефон  свой  уми рим х. вот 2  дня  уже проблема  у  меня. камера  не  работает как  надо. захожу  в  камеру открывается  передняя камера верх ногами. и пропал значок переключение на основной. помогите  решить  проблему. с  чем  это  может быть связано???

I returned my phone because it in guarantee, and probably i never will buy a phone by UMI! They don't give a good support to solve the problems!
