Badly polished screen on a new phone!

I received my Umi plus extra 3 days ago. Nice packaging.
I opened it , and peeled of the protective film and start using it.

But on the screen there was stil some "mist" so I thought it is a glue residue from protective film.

At my surprise I discovered that my screen was badly polished and this "mist" is acctualy scratched screen!

Now I contacted the seller (eFOX shop). I'm waiting allready two days for a first answer!


It also took me TWO MONTS to get it as they postponed shipping date three times!!!!!

Now let see how will they managet this warranty! ...maybe they will managet to send me repplacement phone before summer :-|

I never came cross with similar fault in umi company but I experienced with different company.
If seller decide partially refund you can look here for replacement parts in here
