Umi Super Harlequin Notification LED faulty

I've just received my Umi Super and I really like it, but the notification LED does not work properly.I think I have used all possible combinations of colours in the harlequin settings, but the problem remains.

The only colour I'm getting is the "standby display" one and the "while charging" red LED.
Notifications do not give an LED colour. When I get a notification (facebook, facebook messenger, SMS-message, instagram ... ) The LED stays on the "standby display" colour. I've tried all colours, they do work, so I'm guessing this is not a hardware issue.

When I disable the "standby display" colour (=none), the LED flashes only a tenth of a second when i get a notification and only once.

The notification LED is pretty useless like this. Does anyone have the same problem?

Firstly please perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
If still you have same problem please update your phone to latest software from here

The flashing does not work on my computer. Will this ROM became available with FOTA? If so, when?
