Hello, whenever I try and update my umi plus to android 7 it says 'package file unzipping' for a few minutes then it changes to 'reboot...' and gets stuck like that. I left it for 12 hours once and it still said 'reboot...'. I have tried again multiple times since then. The only way to get it out of this is to reboot the phone. If anyone could help that would be excellent.

Please press power button until phone switch off (around 10 seconds)
Then you should perform factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset)
And try again OTA update.
